Quality, Environmental, Safety, CSR and Occupational Health Policy (DC-002 – Rev. 09)
Industrial de Transformados, S.A. provides its customers with comprehensive solutions for the design, manufacture, and commercialization of thermoplastic and thermoset products for the automotive, railway, aerospace, and signage sectors. Through this document, which is known and shared by all company personnel, the company wishes to reflect its ongoing commitment to quality, the technical safety of its products, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
To achieve this objective, the Company’s Management is committed to ensuring that its activities are directed towards:
- Achieving growth and profitability in an environment of respect for our customers and employees, supported by a commitment to environmental protection through the prevention of pollution arising from our activities, the optimization of waste and atmospheric emissions management, and the incorporation of environmental criteria into the design and procurement of our products.
- Continuously analyzing and reviewing customer expectations in order to meet their needs and ensure compliance with the requirements of manufactured products, particularly those related to Safety and Regulatory Compliance, with special emphasis on their technical safety.
- Continuously improving our operational processes by increasing responsiveness, reducing execution failures through risk analysis and preventive policies, coherently managing our resources (energy and raw materials) and waste, and enhancing the flexibility of our systems.
- Promoting excellence in employee development by fostering an environment where all ideas are valued and all individuals can achieve their objectives, in accordance with our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
- Acting with ethics and integrity, while analyzing and complying with all legal requirements, applicable regulations, and any other commitments subscribed to by the company, which we will also require our suppliers to adhere to.
We consider Quality, Environmental Protection, and Safety to be essential factors for the success of our company, and every individual is responsible for their role through the implementation of the good practices established in our CSR framework.
In order to comply with these Policies, the collaboration of all Company personnel is essential. Through a joint and ongoing effort of continuous improvement, Industrial de Transformados, S.A. will achieve the highest environmental and quality standards in the market in an efficient manner.
