ITSA adapts its Privacy Policy to the new European data protection regulations

We inform you that ITSA has modified its privacy policy in accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See below the basic information about our Data Protection policy:

– Responsible :  Industrial de Transformados, S.A. (ITSA)
– Purpose :  Commercial communications: news, updates on prices and products, events, sector related information. The data will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested or, where appropriate, during the legal terms of application
– Legitimization :  Legitimate interest and consent
– Recipients :  The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in case of legal obligation
– Rights :  Access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability of data
